The start was amazing! Really! I really felt the atmosphere and the urge to hide from the monster. I sadly didn't really get what to do. I pressed some buttons I found, but I got no feedback if I progressed in anything or not. On the "altar(?)" with the icons, there was also no progress visible. But I really liked the game, it looked beautiful, and the monster was not too fast or too slow.
Thank you so much! When it comes to the puzzle, you can use your flashlight to reveal hidden marks and symbols. This won't spoil the puzzle for you, but this fact wasn't really mentioned in the game either, due to the limited time in the jam. Thanks for playing! :)
Very impressive! Right the start hooked me. It was very cinematic. The level design was amazing and the atmosphere was on point. The only thing that was a bit underwhelming was the caught-cutscene. And for me personally, it could have been way darker - this would have also made the flashlight more useful. :)
Nevertheless one of my favourite submissions for the Franken Game Jam.
Thank you very much for your feedback and the kind words! You're totally right, the caught-scene needs more polish but time is short on a jam. There were quite some things that didn't make it into the game, sadly.
Make sure to check out the other submissions, too! There are lot of treasures this time :)
